**Refund, Return & Exchange Policy – Vinita Puja Mart**

* Vinita Puja Mart deals in religious and FMCG products.

* Customers are requested to read product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

* By placing an order, the customer agrees to this policy.

 

  1. Strictly Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

 

The following product categories are **not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances**:

* Food & FMCG Products

* Oil & Ghee

* Incense Sticks (Agarbatti, Dhoop, Camphor, etc.)

* Hawan Samagri & Herbs

* All Puja Items & Puja Kits

* Opened or Used Religious Products

 

**Reason:**

* Hygiene concerns

* Religious sensitivity and purity

* Consumable nature of products

 

  1. Exchange Only Policy (No Refund)

 

The following categories are eligible for **exchange only (refund is not applicable)**:

 

* Clothing (Dhoti, Saree, Vastra, Chunari, etc.)

* Brass / Copper / Metal Items (Utensils, Idols, etc.)

 

**Exchange Conditions:**

 

* Request must be raised within **3 days of delivery**

* Product must be unused and in original condition

* Original packaging and invoice are required

* Exchange is subject to stock availability

 

  1. Damaged / Wrong Product Policy

 

If you receive:

* A damaged product

* A wrong item

* A defective product

 

You must:

* Report the issue within **48 hours of delivery**

* Provide clear photos or an unboxing video as proof

 

**Resolution:**

 

* Replacement (preferred), or

* Exchange (if replacement is not available)

 

  1. Return Shipping Policy

 

* For exchange requests, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer

* If the issue is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the shipping cost

* The customer must ensure proper packaging while returning the product

 

  1. Exchange Processing Time

 

* Exchange will be processed within **5–7 working days** after receiving and inspecting the product

* Delivery time for the exchanged product may vary based on location

 

  1. Order Cancellation Policy

 

* Orders can be cancelled **only before dispatch**

* Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

* If cancelled before dispatch, refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting payment gateway/processing charges.

* Used or customer-damaged products will not be accepted

* Claims without proper proof will not be considered

* Festival items, customized products, and special puja items are non-returnable

Returns/exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • Original packaging or invoice is missing
  • Request is made beyond the specified timeline
  • Product falls under non-returnable categories
  1. Exchange & Replacement Conditions
  • Exchange or replacement will be accepted only if a valid proof is provided:
    • A single-shot unboxing video clearly showing the opening of the package, or
    • Clear photos of the defective/damaged product
  • The unboxing video must:
    • Be continuous (no cuts or edits)
    • Clearly show the sealed package and product condition
  • For defective or damaged items:
    • The customer must first report the issue immediately via:
      • WhatsApp, or
      • Email
  • The complaint should include:
    • Order details
    • Photo or video proof
  • After receiving your complaint:
    • Our team will review the issue
    • We will contact you promptly
    • A suitable resolution (exchange/replacement) will be provided
  • Note: Requests without proper proof (video/photos) may not be accepted

 

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

Vinita Puja Mart shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Delays caused by courier or external logistics partners
  • Misuse or improper handling of products by customers

 

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
  • This policy shall be governed by the laws of India
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
